AFRODAD - African Forum and Network on Debt and Development
AFRODAD attempts to find solutions to Africa's debt problems. Engages in research and development, lobby and advocacy, dissemination of information, and civil society capacity building. Site includes details of current research, debt profiles of individual African countries. Many articles, statements, reports and papers available for downloading.

EURODAD - European Network on Debt and Development
"Eurodad is a network of European development NGOs working for national economic and international financing policies that achieve poverty eradication and the empowerment of the poor". Contains information on Eurodad's work areas (Debt and Finance, Empowerment and Poverty Reduction Policies) and the themes covered in each (e.g. HIPC, Aid financing, Foreign direct investment, Gender). Includes a glossary of debt related terms.

FONDAD - Forum on Debt and Development
"An independent policy research centre and a forum for international discussion established in the Netherlands ... [to] provide policy-oriented research on North-South issues in a globalising world, in particular international financial issues for developing countries". Site has information about the Global Financial Governance Initiative (GFGI), "a joint project of institutions and experts in international finance, coordinated by IDRC and FONDAD" which aims "to make the international financial system more stable and equitable, and more attuned to the needs of developing countries", and a list FONDAD's publications, some downloadable.

Joint External Debt Hub (JEDH)
"The Joint External Debt Hub (JEDH)—jointly developed by the Bank for International Settlements, the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and the World Bank (WB)—brings together external debt data and selected foreign assets from international creditor/market and national debtor sources. The JEDH replaces the Joint BIS-IMF-OECD-WB Statistics on External Debt." Includes tables and metadata from creditor/market sources and national sources, plus comparator tables and metadata. In particular, this site provides free access to the JEDH database, which brings 26 sources on external debt in one time series on components of countries' external debt and selected foreign assets, going back to 1990 in some cases; data downloadable in Excel format or ASCII.
