Forum for African Women Educationalists (FAWE)
"FAWE seeks to ensure that girls have access to school, complete their studies and perform well at all levels." Site includes details of FAWE's programmes, links to publications, many available in full text, and links to other web sites.

Global Education Database
Educational data: mostly from 1980 on, compiled by USAID from the UNESCO Institute of Statistics and from the Demographic and Health Surveys (DHS) project.

International Institute for Educational Planning (IIEP)
"Information on educational planning and management, including IIEP's training programmes, research and online publications." "Focus" section on special topics such as: Education for all, Emergencies and reconstruction, Ethics and corruption, HIV/AIDS and education, Information systems, and E-learning.

International Network for Higher Education in Africa
Provides a list of links to Institutes, Centres and Programmes concerned with Higher Education in Africa, details of conferences and workshops, a list of experts and researchers, country profiles of higher education in all African countries, a list of African higher education periodicals, and a database of published sources that "attempts to capture virtually all published sources on higher education in Africa".

Partnership for Higher Education in Africa
Supports development of higher education in Africa. Includes a grants database, links to publications it has sponsored, and links to other Internet resources.

Information on Education, Natural Sciences, Social and Human Sciences, Culture, Communication and Information and other topics. Includes:
