HIV/AIDS Survey Indicators Database
Allows user to create datasets, specifying population or target group, health indicators used to evaluate respondents' attitudes and behavior, and characteristics of population or target group selected. From Demographic and Health Surveys.

International HIV/AIDS Alliance
"Supporting community action on AIDS in developing countries ... a global partnership of nationally-based organisations ... [that] help local community groups and other non-governmental organisations (NGOs) to take action on AIDS". Site has details of the Alliance's work, very much based on building up local responses and on a partnership approach.

UNAIDS
The Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS. Site searching facilities allow for searches by topic, region/country and organisation, as well as user defined keywords. Contains links to statistical data by country and region (including the annual Aids epidemic updates, and Epidemiological fact sheets from the Global Health Atlas), plus the full text of other UNAIDS publications and resources.

WHO HIV/AIDS Programme
Includes links to Global data (annual Aids epidemic updates and Reports on the global AIDS epidemic) and Country data (Epidemiological fact sheets from the Global Health Atlas). Full text of many WHO HIV/AIDS related publications can be viewed or downloaded.
